I went to the Cypress location for a MRI on 10/18/21. I had a really great experience. The check in process was very efficient and friendly. Mike got me ready for the procedure and Heather did the MRI. They helped me to feel safe and comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and they were both thoughtful and professional.

It is difficult to find the review page should be a gold star in the corner of opening page. Ernest was my tech at East Houston. I am a big guy and MRI's are super tight. although I am not claustrophobic he did a fantastic job of getting me ready and checking on me often throughout the process. He kept me informed of times and time left inside this confined space I very much appreciated his professionalism and care of and for patient.

The experience I had to have my x-rays was flawless. I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. I arrived at the time they said to complete the paperwork and was seen exactly at the time I was schedule for. The staff was friendly. My x-ray technician was Nikki – she was super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process.

All of the staff from scheduling over the phone to the front desk back to MRI to the end when we left were AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and COURTEOUS. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and did not mind answering questions!!!The man who did the 2 MRI... was great with kids!!! The office manager is great with her staff.... If I could give them a 10, I would. Very economical also.
